Back in October, John Pappas, the Executive Director of the Poker Players Alliance, announced information in regards to the Full Tilt remissions process. Pappas stated that the US Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section had reached an agreement to release an additional $5.7 million. This amount would be going out to around 2,000 former players.

This round of payments completes around 92% of those who filed claims with the Full Tilt Claims site, set up by the Garden City Group. The payments sent out include those who had disputed funds, incorrect petitions the first time around, etc. More than 43,000 players in the United States have received close to $110 million in remissions since the process began back in February 2014.

The website for Full Tilt Claims states that 3,800 players remain to be paid and these remaining payments should be to those who did not fill out their petitions correctly. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for the remaining former Full Tilt to receive their cash payments.
